Tornator Oyj has made the following appointments since 1 August, 2014:

Strategic Management Group:

MSc (Eng) Antero Luhtio has been appointed as Director, Real Estate. He continues to report to the CEO.

BSc (For) Ari Karhapää has been appointed as the current position in addition to deputy CEO.

Strategic Management Group members are CEO, CFO, Director, Forestry and Director, Real Estate.

Operational Management Group:

MSc (Agr &For) Maarit Sallinen has been appointed to Forestry and Environmental Manager. She will report to the Director, Forestry.

BSc (For) Kauko Kärkkäinen has been appointed to Resource Manager. He will report to Director, Forestry.

BSc (For) Ari Rekonen has been appointed to Customer Relations Manager. He will report to Director, Forestry.

M. Sc. Tuija Luukkanen has been appointed to Corporate Responsibility Manager. She will report to CFO.

MSc (Agr & For) Tapio Suutarla has been appointed to Business Controller and Manager, Information systems. He will report to CEO on Business Controller issues and to CFO on Information management issues.

BSc (For) Kimmo Kortelainen has been appointed to Manager, Forest Resource Information. He will report to Director, Forestry.

BSc (For) Juha Immonen has been appointed to Manager, Service Business Development (in Finland). He will report to Director, Forestry.

BBA Suvi Beloff continues as Accounting Manager and she will continue to report to CFO.

MSc (Agr & For) Zoltan Kosy continues as Country Manager in Romania and has been appointed to Manager, Service Business Development (in Europe region). He continues to report to CFO.

BSc (For) Matti Kuusisto continues as Regional manager in Estonia and he will continue to report to CFO.
