Tornator commits to respect human rights in all its activities and to remove from its business and value chain activities that violate human rights.

We follow our responsible business principles and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and require the same from our partners in cooperation and agreements. Tornator’s human rights work is also strengthened by its commitment to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative.

We are committed to identifying, preventing and mitigating the negative human rights impacts caused by our activities, and also to addressing them. Human rights are integrated into the company’s operating principles, guidelines and contract terms.

We do not allow discrimination, threats, oppression or harassment in any form. We treat all people fairly and respectfully. We have zero tolerance for forced or child labour.
